DEEP TISSUE SPORTS MASSAGE
Had a long day sat at your computer, or perhaps you are stuck in back-to-back meetings all day, or maybe you are simply dealing with general day-to-day posture issues that have been bothering you? Or is it possible that your muscles need some much-deserved SOS after tackling those demanding 5 & 10ks or enduring long distance cycling events that have challenged your limits? Needless to say, muscle tension is inevitable in our busy lives, and it can manifest in various ways, affecting our overall well-being. Whether it's stiff muscles in your neck, back or tight hamstrings & calfs you will feel the difference with deep tissue massage.
The treatment includes a short period of heat (spinal only), by means of a heated steam pack, followed by high powered Massage gun therapy, moving onto the main aspect of hands-on Deep tissue release. If appropriate, you may be offered Dry Cupping therapy [ not Hijama / No incisions to skin ].
